The work was meticulous. They covered the area to prevent water from splashing around. It was totally different from the previous contractor who ruined my bed.

~ Ms.M.Y.from Phrompong who availed air conditioner cleaning service

The local contractor stained my bed mats.
I live in Condo and the owner is a nice person who does the A/C cleaning. However, a year ago, the owner arranged for a contractor to come, but he left with the dirty water splashed all over the place. The bed mats are splattered with dirty water. I rushed to clean and cover it up, but the mats were stained and couldn’t be removed. About three months after cleaning, the air conditioner also began to smell.

I took the plunge and asked the owner to handle it.
About 6 months after the cleaning, the owner contacted me again about AC cleaning. However, because of what happened last time, I am hesitant to request it. Then, I had read an article about “Mr. Handyman” in the free newspaper “Thai Free Land” and thought it sounded like a good company. However, I had almost given up on them, believing that their fees were higher than those of local contractors and that the owner would not approve of them. But I thought I’d ask once. This time I asked the owner, and he easily agreed.

They covered it and did a great job!
I asked them to come over right away. “Mr. Handyman” performed meticulous work. A working cover protects the air conditioner, as well as the areas where water may splash. Every time there was a splash of water on the floor, they wiped it up. They wiped down the sash glass and cleaned the balcony where they washed the air conditioner covers.
This level of concern makes me very happy.

My husband loved the scent of Hiba(Japsnese cypress)oil.
After the cleaning, they sprayed three different deodorizers on the air conditioner and inside the room. The Hiba(Japanese Cyparess) oil spray from Aomori-prf., which they brought from Japan, smells especially good and has anti-mold and forest bathing effects.
My husband was delighted when he came home from work. (Incidentally, we were told that liquids cannot be sent by air and must be brought from Japan in hand luggage.) The fragrance did not interfere with the cooking, and we were able to enjoy it for several days. The breeze from the air conditioner is also refreshing and odorless. I am extremely pleased with the air conditioner cleaning services provided by Mr. Handyman.

When news spread out that “Mr. Handyman” air conditioner cleaning was good, eight households got together and hired him to clean their air conditioners. We received a special discount on the price.

~Ms. K.S. from Phrom Phong who requested air conditioner cleaning

I requested a cleaning for 28 units from 8 houses all at once. My condo is not particularly large, with approximately 35 units in total. I heard that “Mr. Handyman’s” air conditioner cleaning service is good in condos, so I requested that Mr. Handyman clean 28 units for 8 houses all at once.
The website stated that if we combined all the units, we would receive a 10% discount, but they gave us a larger discount.

My allergies stopped instantly.
This is my third time hiring a “Mr. Handyman. The first time was when Ms. A, who lives in the same condo as me, informed me that “Mr. Handyman’s air conditioner cleaning is reasonably priced and very effective. I was about to hire a contractor to clean my air conditioner when I decided to give it a shot.
My son was sneezing and had a runny nose before having the air conditioner cleaned by “My Handyman,” but it went away completely. Ms. B’s son and daughter also had allergies, coughing, and itchy eyes when they were outside, but it went away as soon as the air conditioner was cleaned by “Mr. Handyman.”

The Park story continues to spread.
When I told Ms. B at the park in Condo that my child’s allergies had flared up and that I was thinking of asking Mr. Handyman for the air conditioner cleaning service again, she said, “I was thinking of asking them too,” and some mothers nearby said, “If it’s that good, we want to request it, too.” They were amazed at how clean it was when they saw the actual cleaning process, and Ms. E said, “I want to ask them to clean my house, too,” and so on.

I was shocked by how dirty the apartment had been.
The air conditioner in our apartment is cleaned once a year, but it only takes a few minutes with a vacuum cleaner. That seemed to be the norm. I was surprised, however, to see Mr. handyman cleaning. I was surprised to see a sludgy, black substance where the cleaned water flowed, and that the air conditioner was not only black, but black objects were falling out of it. Ms. D and Ms. E had been complaining about their air conditioners smelling bad, but after Mr.handyman cleaned them, they were overjoyed to find that the air coming out of their units was much fresher.
The room is cozy, with a deodorizer that smells like Japanese cypress.
Following the cleaning of the air conditioner, the air conditioner and the room are sprayed with cypress-scented deodorant (Hiba oil), which makes the entire room pleasant and comfortable.
Everyone who had their air conditioners cleaned by “Mr. Handyman” was very pleased.

I requested that a Japanese manager assist me. Certainly, there were some contractors where the fee was significantly lower. I can also communicate in Thai, so a local contractor would have been enough, but I decided it would be better to request a contractor where I could feel safe.

~Ms. K.S. from Brakanon, who requested that his air conditioner be cleaned

There were cheaper contractors , but I chose the one that provided me with peace of mind.
I’ve been in my current condominium for two years. I’d never had my air conditioner cleaned before, but I figured it’d be a good idea, so I looked for a contractor. I looked through websites and free newsletters and decided, “I’ll go with this one,” and that’s exactly what I got. I also read the user feedback and thought the statement “no matter what happens, they will see you through to the end” was a good one. In addition, “a Japanese person in charge will always accompany us.”
I’ve heard that even in Japanese-affiliated cafeterias and restaurants, when the Japanese manager or head chef leaves, the taste and service deteriorate, and I’ve had such experiences.
Certainly, there were some contractors where the fee was significantly lower. I can also communicate in Thai, so a local contractor would have been enough, but I decided it would be better to request a contractor where I could feel safe.

I was surprised to discover mold in the air conditioner.
I had two air conditioners, one of which had a bad odor when I first turned it on, so I didn’t use it for a long time. I was told that the only way to get rid of the smell was to use a cleaning agent, so I had it cleaned with one. The other air conditioner has been in operation for quite some time.
When I opened the air conditioner, I was surprised to see so much black mold on the bottom fan. I had no idea I was using such a filthy air conditioner. I was told that the top of the air conditioner was also dirty, so I requested that it be cleaned with a cleaning agent. The black had completely transformed into silver. I was blown away by how clean it was.

I had no idea air conditioners could produce such a cool breeze.
After cleaning, the air conditioner, which had not been turned on in a long time, did not cool down. The outdoor unit was inspected by the staff. A component was damaged. I wondered if the staff could really fix it, but he had a replacement part ready, and after replacing it, the unit cooled very well.
They sprayed deodorizer on the air conditioner and the entire interior after cleaning.

I was convinced that air conditioners need to be cleaned on a regular basis.
Mr. Handyman’s work was meticulous, and the Thai staff was friendly.
I am very pleased with the service provided by the company.

My 6-year-old girl coughs, sneezes, and has a runny nose when she goes into her bedroom. We also have a cough. I asked “Mr. Handyman” to clean our air conditioner. My cough, sneezing, and runny nose are all better now.

~Ms. S.H. from Phrom Phong, who ordered air conditioner cleaning

A year ago, I hired another contractor to clean my air conditioner… I have a 6-year-old daughter. She coughs, sneezes and has a runny nose when she goes into her bedroom. We hired another contractor to clean our air conditioner about a year ago, but her condition did not improve.
We were wondering if there was anything we could do, but this time we found “Mr. Handyman” on the Internet and hired them.

I found “Mr. Handyman” on the Internet and gave them a call. Even the inside of the built-in air conditioner was cleaned!
We’ve been in our current apartment for a year and a half.
When we hired the previous A/C contractor about a year ago, he had a helper and I was out of town, so I don’t know what type of cleaning he did. My air conditioner is a ceiling-mounted type.
According to Mr. “Handyman”, the previous contractor did not remove the inside motor and fan. It seems that the motor and fan had to be removed in order to clean the cooling system, which is the most important part of the system. So, they cleaned the cooling section as well.

There was a buildup of plasterboard dust.
In addition, for the air conditioner in the bedroom, they removed the vent panel and cleaned the inside with a vacuum cleaner. When they vacuumed it, it made a caracara sound. It seemed that pieces of plasterboard and dust from the construction work remained in this area. When this dust was dispersed by the air conditioner’s wind, it could cause coughing and itchy eyes. He cleaned this area thoroughly.

Tracking down and treating the cause of the cough
Watching Mr. Handyman’s staff at work, you can tell that they are motivated to clean for the customer. And they were able to track down the cause of the cough and remedy it. I am truly glad I asked them to do this. At the end of the cleaning, they sprayed deodorant oil of hiba (Japanese cypress), which was very nice and had a nostalgic Japanese aroma (scent of cypress).

They took out the inside motor and fan and washed the cooling part with high pressure cleaning. They also cleaned the filters, covers, and fans. Thanks to them, my sore throat and cough have been completely gone since then.

~Mr. Z.M., Sealom, who requested air conditioner cleaning

Every morning I had a sore throat…
I have a sore throat and a cough, especially when I wake up in the morning, and it has been going on ever since I moved here a year ago. I thought it was probably due to the air conditioner because it subsides when I go outside. However, I am worried that it is impossible to clean the air conditioner because it was a built-in type.
By chance, when I was looking at the free newspaper “Thai Free Land,” an article in the “Mr. Handyman” column caught my eye. It was an article about the experience of cleaning a built-in type of air conditioner. It was the first time I learned that built-in type air conditioners could also be cleaned.

Taking out the fan and motor
When I looked at the home page of “Mr. Handyman,” I found more detailed information. I thought, “This is it,” and contacted them immediately. As I watched them, they opened the air intake in the ceiling, took out the inside motor and fan and washed the cooling part with high pressure cleaning. They also cleaned the filters, covers, and fans.
They also vacuumed the inside of the box containing the air conditioner to remove dust, plasterboard powder, and debris.
The work was also very neat and pleasant to watch. The Japanese staff explained to us in detail about the work and the situation inside. They also sprayed deodorizer after cleaning.
Thanks to them, my sore throat and cough have been completely gone ever since. I am very glad that I hired “Mr. Handyman” to do the work.

25.C1 My child’s runny nose has stopped with a whimper!
My child has always been allergic, but when we moved into this apartment, his runny nose wouldn’t stop. The owner brought in a contractor to clean the air conditioner. However, my child’s runny nose did not get better.
Ms. N.S. from Phrom Phong, who requested air conditioner cleaning

We moved in and my child’s runny nose did not stop.
It has been six months since we moved into our current apartment. My child has always had allergies, but since we moved into this apartment, his nose did not stopped running. I told the owner, and he brought in a contractor to clean the air conditioner with high-pressure cleaning. At that time, the water was pitch black. However, my child’s runny nose did not get any better.

I was able to convince the owner to hire a handyman.
When I told our situation to a friend of mine who lives in the same apartment, she said, “Well, then you should ask the “Mr. Handyman” to do the cleaning. But now, because of covid19, outside contractors are not allowed to come in. Then the friend said, “We were just thinking of asking them too,” and strongly negotiated with the owner. He said, “My child is having symptoms right now, so I really want to ask another air conditioning contractor. Thanks to him, I was able to ask “Mr. Handyman” to do the job.
Every air conditioner had black stains coming up.
This is the first time I have asked a handyman to clean them. When the cleaning chemicals were applied, the bubbles that came out of the air conditioners were pitch black. I was horrified. I had never realized how dirty the air conditioners were. The contractor that the owner hired did not use this type of cleaning agent, but only water, so it seems that years of dirt had accumulated.
My child had to take medicine from the hospital to control his runny nose. But after the handyman’s cleaning, I tried to stop them from taking these medications. Then, the runny nose is gone, and it has been a week now and his totally fine.
The previous contractor made the floor soaked with water after cleaning that we had to take out towels for him. However, Mr. Handyman did a good job of wiping and cleaning it up.
No chatter on the floor.
I am very glad that I hired Mr. Handyman.

My daughter has a runny nose and is constantly blowing her nose. She also sneezes. I began to think that the air conditioner might be the cause, so I asked “Mr. Handyman” to clean the air conditioner. Thanks to their help, my daughter’s runny nose and sneezing went away.

~Ms. S.M. from Thonglor, who asked for air conditioner cleaning.

My daughter’s nose was running constantly during online classes.
We’ve been in our current place for three years. I didn’t notice it at first, but my daughter’s nose has been running and she blows her nose constantly since April of this year, when she started online classes. She also sneezes. And when I observed her closely, I found that this seemed to happen when she was in the living room where the air conditioner was running.
We began to think that the air conditioner might be the cause, so we asked the owner of the apartment to clean the air conditioner. After the cleaning, her condition got better for a while, but after a while, her sniffling and sneezing started again.

I happened to see an article in a free paper I was looking at.
I thought that maybe I should have another air conditioner contractor clean it for me. I happened to see an article in a free newspaper about “Mr. Handyman. It was about a customer who was having the same problem with a runny nose that we were having, and he asked “Mr. Handyman” to clean his air conditioner, and it was cured.
Thinking this was it, I contacted them and had them come right away. They cleaned the air conditioner using a cleaning agent that is said to remove heavy stains very well.

They washed it with water several times until it was clean.
When I looked at the area being washed, the difference between the area washed with the chemical and the area not washed was obvious. The color of the cleaned drainage was also pitch black. Normally, the drainage is about one large bucket, but Mr. Handyman did several high-pressure washings until the color of the cleaned drainage was clear. And the drainage ended up in three large buckets. They were very meticulous.
The body part of the air conditioner, which was black and dirty, now shines silver.

Now my daughter can concentrate on her studies.
Thanks to their help, my daughter’s runny nose and sneezing have gone away. She is now able to concentrate on her online classes. We are very happy that we asked “Mr. Handyman” to clean our air conditioner.

I had a local contractor clean my air conditioner, but after a few days, a foul smell started coming out of the air conditioner vent and I couldn’t stand it any longer, so I had “Mr. Handyman” come to my house. After that, the smell of the air conditioner was gone.

~Ms. I.U. from Phrom Phong, who asked for air conditioner cleaning

A local contractor did it for me a week ago.
My wife has returned to Japan because of Covid19. One month ago, we moved to our current condo because it was too big for one person to live alone. The owner took charge of cleaning the air conditioner a week ago. A local contractor came to clean the air conditioner, but after a few days of cleaning, a foul smell started coming out of the air conditioner vent. Mr. Handyman had taken care of us several times in our previous place of residence and was very good to us.

The dirt and slop were hardly removed.
Mr. Handyman came in, staff checked the situation and started the work. According to the staff, the cooling area was not well cleaned and there was mold on the lower fan area.
Also, there was a lot of sludge where the water runs when the air conditioner is turned on. I was told that because of the high temperature in Thailand, this sludge (called “muak” in Thai) occurs where the water collects. When this sludge clogs the drainpipes, it causes water leakage.
They did several high-pressure cleanings, from the top and from the bottom.
“Air conditioner cleaning,” the Mr. Handyman said, “is about getting rid of all this stuff cleanly.”
I am really disappointed when the local contractor came to my house, he did wash the air conditioner with high pressure, but it only took 10 minutes or so. Compared to Mr. Handyman who spent almost an hour. I asked them to use a cleaning agent to remove the odor. He was very efficient and washed the drainpipe thoroughly, starting from the top of the drainpipe and working his way down, applying high-pressure cleaning several times. I could feel the difference.

It also cooled down better.
Finally, they sprayed a chemical to control mold and deodorize the air conditioner.
Thanks to this, the smell of the air conditioner was gone after that. The cooling system also improved. The air conditioner is now working well, and I am satisfied with everything.

No matter how many times I have had my apartment cleaned, I can’t get rid of the smell from the air conditioner. But when I asked “Mr. Handyman” to clean my apartment, the smell was completely removed. I knew it was important to have it cleaned by a reliable company.

~Ms.D.K. from Ekkamai, who asked for air conditioner cleaning

The air conditioner vent turned black.
It has been six years since I moved into my current apartment. The owner of the apartment is supposed to clean the air conditioner for me. However, it is not on a regular basis. As an amateur, I do not know how well they are done. I did not pay much attention to it before.
However, the air conditioner vent on the built-in air conditioner is getting darker and darker, and the cleaner only wipes it down a little, but doesn’t clean it really well.

The air conditioner in the kids’ room smells terrible.
No matter how many times I have had my apartment cleaned, I could not get the air vents clean, so I asked “Mr. Handyman” for help. The handyman checked not only the air vent, but also the fan, the cooling section, and the inside of the vent.
Mr. handyman’s staff washed the vent on the balcony. Water, detergent, and high-pressure washing did not remove the dirt, and they scrubbed each individual vane several times with a cloth dipped in detergent.
They also carefully cleaned the other parts of the house.
I have had two built-in units and a wall-mounted type in my child’s room cleaned. So far, this air conditioner has a strong smell, and no matter how many times I have tried to it, I can’t get rid of the smell. My husband bought a spray for the air conditioner and sprayed it, but in the end, it could not be removed. Mr. Handyman used a cleaning agent to clean it up. He said that the air conditioner spray would make the air conditioner sticky and make it even harder to remove the dirt, so he told me not to use it again.

My child’s runny nose and sneezing has stopped!
Before cleaning the air conditioner, they put a cover over something in the room and fixed the broken ceiling caused by a water leak from the air conditioner, which made me very happy.
My husband came home and was happy to see that the air conditioner was “clean”.
But that’s not all. Two of my children, the older one always had a runny nose. The younger one sneezes a lot. After the handyman’s air conditioner cleaning, this stopped. We thought it was just allergies, but the air conditioner seemed to be the main cause. My younger son said, “The air is refreshing. It feels good.” It seems that children can tell the difference in the air.
I thought it was important to have the air conditioner cleaned by a reliable company.

I have a sore throat. I started to think it might be caused by the air conditioner. I asked “Mr. Handyman” to do the job. They said it was so dirty that it took twice the usual to do the work. Thanks to them, we are comfortable now. The cooling system has also improved. I am very satisfied.

~Mr. R.M. from Ratchadamri, who asked for air conditioner cleaning

Sore throat that could not be cured even after going to the hospital.
The place where I live now is an apartment, so it is common for the owner to maintain the air conditioner. However, I have lived here for 10 years, and the caretaker only comes and does a little when there is a malfunction such as a water leak, but he does not do regular cleaning or inspections.
About 2 months ago, my throat started to get scratchy. The symptoms persist even when I go out. My wife’s throat is less severe, but she gets the same soreness.
I thought this was strange and went to the hospital. She took the medicine she was given, and her throat got better for a while, but then it started hurting again.
I began to think that it might be caused by the air conditioner. After reading some comments on the Internet, I decided to contact Mr. Handyman.

You can see how dirty the air conditioner was by comparing before and after cleaning.
The staff took pictures of the inside of the air conditioner and showed me the condition of the air conditioner. The inside of the air conditioner was badly soiled because the cooling section was clogged. It was hard to tell from a layman’s point of view. However, when the cleaning agent was applied, bubbles came out and black dirt floated on the surface. Compared to the cleaned cooling section after cleaning, it was obvious at a glance that the stains had been severe. The waste liquid was also black, and mold was growing on the air vents. They also cleaned the dirt on the fan.

Thanks to the hard work of the Thai staff!
I thought to myself, “No wonder I was getting sick, living in the air from such a dirty air conditioner.” The Thai staff took twice the usual to do it. They worked so hard to make it this far,” I thought gratefully. I was so grateful. Thanks to them, my sore throat is gone now, and I feel comfortable. My colds has also improved. I am very satisfied.

The air conditioner has been leaking water from time to time. We had “Mr. Handyman” come to our house. Dirty sludge had accumulated in the water receiver where the water from the air conditioner flows. When this sludge clogged the drainpipe, it would cause water leakage.

~Ms. G.C. of Ekkamai, who requested that we repair and clean his air conditioner.

Suddenly my air conditioner stopped cooling.
It has been four years since we moved into our current condo. The air conditioner sometimes leaks water. The last time I hired a local contractor, it started leaking again. I thought I needed to have it done by a more reliable company, so I asked “Mr. Handyman” to do it this time. However, on the morning of the day of the repair, one of the two units suddenly stopped working.

They replaced the motor, did it that day, and we were able to use it right away.
The technician checked and found that the outdoor unit was not working. Looking more closely, he determined that the fan was not working, and the motor was probably malfunctioning. In order to remove this motor and fan, we had to open the top lid of the outdoor unit. However, there are two outdoor units installed above and below each other, and this outdoor unit installed on top is attached to the ceiling above and there is not much space between them. The motor inside is not easy to remove. This is because the previous installer of the air conditioner did not think it through. They managed to get the broken motor out through the narrow gap and immediately went to the air conditioner parts distributor to purchase a new motor. After the motor was replaced, the air conditioner was cleaned.
Thanks to them, the air conditioner is now cooling well.

Sloppy stuff in the drain water catch basin. This is the cause of the leak.
The other air conditioner was leaking.
The technician took off the cover of the air conditioner and took out the drainage catch basin to show us. There was a pool of dirty sludge there. The high temperature in Thailand, he said, tends to cause this kind of slop in the water in the catch basin. This sludge flows into the drainpipes and clogs them, causing leaks. They washed this water catch basin and cleaned the drain pipe many times with high pressure washing and high-pressure air blast. However, the outlet of this drainpipe does not exit to a visible place such as a balcony. He said that they must be running directly from the drainpipe inside the wall to the sewer pipe.

They are responsible for the result, so I don’t have to worry.
2-3 days after the cleaning was done, just a little bit of water started to trickle, trickle, trickle down. I contacted the handyman, and he arranged a schedule for us to have him come right away. They told me that the cause was condensation and not a malfunction of the air conditioner. They are responsible for taking care of the problem until the end.
The work is very careful. When we hired a local contractor, the work was done quickly and easily, but after the work was done, we left with the floor soaked with water.
Unlike Mr. Handyman who cleaned up neatly and I can trust him. Thank you very much.

I do not open the window of the room at all. This may be why the mold on the fan of the air conditioner had grown long. I was surprised when I saw it. This might be the cause of my child’s cough. I was told by Mr. Handyman that daily ventilation is necessary.

~Mr.H.T. from Asoke, who asked for air conditioner cleaning

I haven’t had it cleaned at all for a year.
I was recommended by an acquaintance to have my air conditioner cleaned by Mr. Handyman.
It has been a year since I moved into my current condo, and I have not had the air conditioner cleaned once. Come to think of it, the air conditioner seems to be working less and less well.
I wondered how dirty it was. I was watching the cleaning process. First, the air conditioner in my room. I was relieved to see that it was not so dirty. Next was the air conditioner in my living room, which I use frequently. This air conditioner was terrible.
The fan underneath was covered with mold.
Is it because the room is closed?
Next was my wife’s room. We were both surprised. Mold was growing in a vortex.
We have air purifiers in all the rooms in our house. Of course, my wife’s room also has a high-performance air cleaner. I thought that an air purifier would sterilize the air and make us feel safe, but I was mistaken.
My wife does not open the window at all because she is worried that the condo across the street (although it is a little far from the house) might look into the room. The thick curtains are kept closed. This seems to be the reason for the difference in dirt and mold in the air conditioner between my room and my wife’s room.
As recommended by a handyman, it is important to open the windows of the entire house to change the air in all the rooms, and to do this regularly.
Also, it may not be good to keep the outside light (UV?) in by closing thick curtains. Also, I believe that having too much trust in air purifiers is a bad idea.
My 6-year-old usually sleeps in my wife’s room. When he wakes up in the morning, he always coughs. I was concerned that it might be allergies. However, after having the air conditioner cleaned by “Mr. Handyman,” the coughing disappeared. I never thought it was caused by the dirt in the air conditioner. I wish I had asked them earlier for the sake of my children’s health.
Bangkok has bad air quality and high temperatures, so we use the air conditioner almost all year round. And during rainy season, the humidity will make it easy for mold to grow. Mr. Handyman told me that from now on I will clean the air conditioner once every 6 months.

My apartment is cleaned by the owner free of charge. However, the smell is not removed. So, I asked “Mr. Handyman” to clean it.
Then, the smell was completely gone. We ordered all of our apartments together.
This time, 6 people got together and became 20 units.

~Ms. S.O. Phromphong, who asked for air conditioner cleaning

My friends in my apartment called on “Mr. Handyman” to clean the air conditioner for us. This time, six of us got together and we had 20 air conditioners.
We also received a special rate.
It seems that this is already the fifth time. I have participated since the last time.
Originally, in our apartment the AC cleaning is free of charge by the owner.

However, the mold smell from the air conditioner was so bad that I could not get rid of it no matter how many times it was done. So, I participated in the last cleaning by “Mr. Handyman”. Then, the mold smell was completely removed. The condensation and water dripping from the air conditioner is also gone.
About 10 months had passed since the last cleaning, and I thought, “I would like to have it cleaned again,” so this time I called out to everyone. There were six people who wanted to have it done. There is no order for those who call for the cleaning or anything like that.

I am glad they cleaned the balcony.
The air conditioner was also cleaned with a cleaning chemical, and the part that cools it is now completely clean. The floor was usually soaked, and sometimes the floor was left untouched. However, Mr. Handyman is very thorough. They cover around the area to be cleaned with a cloth to prevent water from getting on it. They wipe up any water splashed on the floor. In particular, they clean the balcony used for the air conditioner cleaning with high pressure washing. They also wipe the windows clean. I am very happy.
Everyone who has participated in the air conditioner cleaning by Mr. Handyman has been pleased with the service.
Of course, we will ask them again.

Most of the leaks are caused by dirt. They first cleaned the entire unit. Then, they cleaned and unclogged the drainpipe with high pressure air. Thanks to this, the leak was solved.

~Mr.B. W.from Ratchadamree requested air conditioner cleaning..

Suddenly, water started to drip from the air conditioner.
I was so surprised, so I called “Mr. Handyman” and asked him to come to my house. Lucky me. I had already asked for “Mr. Handyman” last time.
Most of the leaks are caused by dirt. They first cleaned the entire unit. Then, they cleaned and unclogged the drainpipe with high pressure air. The drain was full of sludge (called mouac or something like that).
The lower fan below is covered with mold.
After cleaning the air conditioner, Mr. Handyman said that there was a lot of molds on the fan underneath the air conditioner. Indeed, looking at the pictures, there’s fuzzy mold.
The last time he came to us was 9 months ago, and he said that this mold growth was about one or two years old.

Ventilation in the room is important.
I was asked, “Do you open the windows every day to ventilate the room?” It was true because I didn’t open the window when the PM2.5 level was high. But since it has improved, I open the window every three to four days. Mr. Handyman said, “I am certainly concerned about PM2.5 as well. It is difficult to say, but if you consider the total situation, I think mold growing in air conditioners is worse for your health and that some people get bronchitis from mold. It would be better to change the air conditioner for about 30 minutes every day during the time when the air is relatively clean.”
He said that air conditioners should also be cleaned at least once every six months. To clean molds from the air conditioner and to avoid sudden leaking.
Mr. Handyman’s staff is very fast and very courteous in their work.
I will ask them once every 6 months from now on.
(They also offer 10% discount if I request it again within 6 months.)
And now that it has been cleaned, it cools down well and I feel refreshed.
