C5. Pest Control Cockroach

We started seeing 4 or 5 cockroaches per day until they multiplied. I was disturbed when they appeared while I was preparing meals. I requested that “Mr. Handyman” exterminate them.

There has recently been a large increase. I’ve been in my current condo for about a year, and I’ve noticed about one small bug per day. At first, I simply thought, “I’m wonder what these bugs are. But recently, I started seeing four or five bugs a day. I began to consider, “Perhaps these are cockroaches. We had 20 cockroaches every day and thought about moving out.

We found cockroaches on the day we moved into our current condo. I was scared of just one cockroach, but there were about 10 big ones and 20 small ones. That is not all. They also closed the crevices in the kitchen, saying that there was a high possibility that cockroaches were living under it. They pulled out a heavy drum-type washing machine and carefully closed the gap. I had no idea that there was a gap at the platform under the kitchen until they told me.

Now I didn’t have to move.
It was great that they explained the situation and the process in Japanese. After the extermination process, I had dead cockroaches and such for about 5 days. I was told by Mr. Handyman that it takes about 1-2 weeks for the treatment to be effective, so this was understandable.
After that, I did not see any cockroaches at all. Now I don’t even have to move. I will be able to sleep well at night. It was really helpful.

Before, when I washed my hands in the washroom and went into my room, I had to hurry to open and close the washroom door to prevent the bugs from entering my room.
