Sore throat that could not be cured even after going to the hospital.

I live in an apartment, so it is common for the owner to maintain the air conditioner. However, it has been 10 years since I have lived here.

When there is a malfunction such as water leakage, they only come and fix it for a short time, but they don’t do regular cleaning and inspection.

About 2 months ago, my throat started to get sore and itchy. The symptoms continue even when I go out.

My wife’s throat is less severe, but she has the same soreness.

I thought this was strange and went to the hospital. After taking the medicine I was given, she got better for a while, but the sore throat came back.

The sore throat started again.

I began to think that it might be caused by the air conditioner. I searched on the Internet for “Residence Handyman” to take care of my air conditioner. I saw Mr. Handyman from Japan and after reading the comments of their previous clients, I decided to contact them.

The staff if Mr. Handyman from Japan came to our place to help us with our problem.

The air conditioner was clogged up in the cooling section inside. The inside of the air conditioner was very dirty and the cooling takes very long time.

It was hard to tell from a layman’s point of view, however, when the cleaning agent was applied, bubbles came out and black stains were floating on the surface.  It is obvious at a glance when compared to the clean cooling section after cleaning. The extracted waste liquid is also black which shows that the inside part is really very dirty. The waste liquid was also black, and mold was growing on the outlet. The dirt on the fan was also cleaned.
